Processing Time
All orders are lovingly hand-prepared within 1-5 business days (depending on whether we have everything stocked)
We will keep you updated throughout the process. All orders will be shipped within 7 days at the very latest
Please allow slightly longer during busy periods (especially Christmas) - but we promise it's worth the wait

We ship all over the UK using trusted delivery partners.
Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available at checkout)
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the order is on it's way to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your hamper but if something isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help.
Returns Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
-Dog treats or edible items -Personalised or custom-made products -Used items
Any non-personalised or unused products must be returned in their original condition.
