All orders are lovingly hand-prepared within 1-5 business days (depending on whether we have everything stocked)
We will keep you updated throughout the process. All orders will be shipped within 7 days at the very latest

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your hamper but if something isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help.
Returns Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Any non-personalised or unused products must be returned in their original condition.
